We could not be happier with our porcelain slabs from Onyxa - our shower looks so good- couldn’t be happier with the service Niloo provided- she listened to our needs and showed us many great options. The show room is fantastic- so many slabs to choose from! Niloo even provided us with a fabricator, Amin, who did great work! They have an amazing selection of slabs (both porcelain and quartz). I have been to almost every tile shop in the city and they have very beautiful and unique designs that I haven't seen any where else. They also keep adding new ones to their inventory almost every month, and their prices are very reasonable. They work with two great fabricator and installer team (Fardin, Alberto, and Elvis) which we were very happy with both teams.

I am Onyxa's accountant and confirm that they are paying all supplier on time. The issue with SOS was regarding to unprofessional job had been done which sending technician with wrong parts and killing time for whole day but wants the charge company extra for those day. Onyxa is still wants to pay the balance but issues which is unprofessional job done by SOS should be resolved before hand. CommunicationS and Pictures are attached for audience's reference.

It goes without saying choosing tiles and countertops for your home is a very challenging and stressful process. So when you find a company that helps you navigate the process it should be acknowledged and recognized. Onyxa is such a company First they carry a great line of products which are displayed beautifully at their showroom. They even have a great showroom kitchen to help you visualize. The staff is amazing from Porsha at the front desk to Mason the owner and especially our sales representative Naz. She was patient, helpful and honest which was very much appreciated and a rare find! We visited Onyxa for kitchen countertops as they came highly recommended, and for good reason. The selection was amazing, lots to choose from - there is something there for everyone and any kind of project you may me diving into. Naz was the sales associate and she was very thorough, patient, and helped to guide us.
